It is not every time that the Amazon seller has violated copyright laws. Sometimes they simply buy the product from you and sell it at a higher price on Amazon. Since the product is unique and no one is able to copy the product. An Amazon seller can simply buy from you and sell on Amazon. I once had a similar problem. I had created a product called a rubble scrub. It was a tool which was very good at washing pots and pans. One day a friend of mine came to me telling me that there was someone who was selling the exact product on Amazon. I was shocked because the product was unique. I then opened Amazon website and searched for the product. To my surprise, my friend was right my product was being sold on Amazon for a higher price. I purchased the product on Amazon. To my disappointment, the seller had actually bought the product from me.
