SUMMARY

#1 Priority: increasing website traffic and optimizing conversions from digital advertising channels. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of distilling actionable intel from information, and driven toward action.

DESCRIPTION

This position is data-centric, meaning numbers are your thing. In order to make sense of the numbers, you must understand our brand as it spans gear, events, and people. Our job is to make sure you do and that you’re able to successfully grow the GORUCK brand via our digital advertising channels. You’ll collaborate with other members of the Marketing Team to produce advertising content and marketing materials.

You will assist with the strategy, execution, and day-to-day maintenance of:

– Search & social PPC & retargeting campaigns (Google AdWords, Bings Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)

– Analytics and tagging to track, measure, and improve upon the above

REQUIREMENTS

– Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords and Bing Ads experience

– Previous e-commerce marketing experience

– Working knowledge of Google Analytics and tag management

– Comfortable using Excel with a proven history in marketing by numbers

– Able to translate findings into clear reports

– Ability to fit into the work harder, play hardest GORUCK culture

Experience:

  • Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords and Bing Ads: 3 years (Preferred)
