Behavioral Automation: Let’s learn how to speak to customers’ interests and increase conversion rate!

Behavioral automation is the process of talking to customers as individuals. More specifically, it speaks to customers’ personal interests, actions and preferences. Behavioral automation is also scalable and cost-effective.

We have an amazing speaker for our upcoming eCommerce Meetup. He will teach us how to increase conversion with behavioral automation. This event will take place at 6:30 p.m., January 1, 2016 at our Midtown loft in Manhattan. Here is a brief overview of what to expect:

Before Bounce Exchange, Alson served as Head of North American Business at viagogo. viagogo is the largest eCommerce ticket marketplace in the world. While there, he oversaw:

Finally, Alson is a part of the NYC tech community.
