Live chat is an online application that provides instant online assistance to website users. Many users communicate through text, but they can also chat with voice and video services. We have an amazing speaker for our upcoming eCommerce Meetup. He will teach us how to improve sales and increase conversions with live chat.This event will take place at 7:00 p.m., February 11, 2015 at our Midtown loft in New York. Olark is an easy-to-use live chat and messaging software. They let companies talk to customers on their websites. Additionally, Olark helps companies track leads and increase sales and conversions with great customer service. They show who’s on a company’s website and what they are doing. Clients can even see what’s in their shopping cart. Finally, Olark personalizes interactions with real-time visitor information like:

Karl Pawlewicz is the voice of Olark. He has 11 years of PR experience in technology. Before Olark, Karl had in-house and agency roles with smaller-sized companies. He also worked for City Running Tours. While at City Running, Karl managed the company’s NYC operations and helped run the PR, social marketing and branding. Before City Running, he was the Director of Communications at Adcade. Adcade is a marketing and advertisement company.
