eCommerce Platforms: Let’s learn how to build digital storefronts!

Welcome back to the eCommerce Forum!

eCommerce platforms are software technologies that allow companies to build digital storefronts. Digital storefronts are customer or business-facing propositions that relate to the selling of services or products. Online companies can also use these storefronts to list whatever they have in their inventory. As eCommerce is rapidly growing  due to its convenience, more brick & mortar stores are building eCommerce platforms.

There is no one-size-fits all solution for interested business owners. That is why understanding how eCommerce platforms work is crucial for online business. We have an amazing speaker for our upcoming eCommerce Meetup. He will discuss different open-source eCommerce platforms and explain how they work. This event will take place at 6:00 p.m., March 9, 2016 at Microsoft Theater. This theater is located at 677 Fifth Avenue New York, NY. Here is a brief overview of what to expect:

Dean Pagliaro

Dean Pagliaro is the founder of eCommerce Dean Inc. He is also a web designer and eCommerce director. As an expert on Magento, Shopify and Woo Commerce, Pagliaro can give a diverse insight into the different eCommerce platforms that the market currently offers. Finally, his project management experience and business relationships have enabled him to become a strong eCommerce speaker.

Pagliaro has worked at various New York city firms. He has also managed and mentored teams while supervising client portfolios and projects. Furthermore, Pagliaro has published several notable works, including articles about ERP and eCommerce integration.
